1. Returns Eligibility

  • Timeframe for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return most items for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as consumables, opened or used products, and perishable items, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, CBD products, research chemicals, and any items that are unsealed or opened.
  • Final Sale: Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for a return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  4. Packaging: Please securely package the item to prevent any damage during transit. Include all original packaging and any documentation included with your order.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in used or damaged condition, or if it is missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

5. Exchanges
